One-to-one therapy - a gentle first step, at your own pace

A free introductory online consultation (20 minutes). It’s a chance for us to briefly explore what’s bringing you here, answer any questions you may have, and get a sense of whether working together feels right. There’s no obligation to continue.

Initial consultation is £75 (50 minutes). If you’d prefer a more in-depth first meeting, I also offer a 50-minute consultation (online). This gives us space to explore what’s bringing you here in more detail and begin shaping how we might work together.

Ongoing standard sessions are £75 (50 minutes), payable in advance.

I am a registered member of the Complementary & Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC). Some health cash plan providers may reimburse hypnotherapy sessions. Please check with your provider to confirm your eligibility.

Group sessions - At Surrey Holistic in Godalming

Group relaxation programme - Full Course: £110 (£18.30 per session)/Drop-in Rate: £22 per session - An immersive, six-week in-person hypno-therapeutic relaxation. Each session is 50 minutes and explores a core pillar of well-being, including nervous system regulation, mind-body awareness, cognitive patterns, and establishing healthy boundaries. Sessions available during daytime and evening hours.

Living Beyond Pain - Standard fee: £40/ Early Bird fee: £35 - A focused, in person two-hour therapeutic workshop designed to help you navigate chronic pain with compassion and new perspectives.

When & Where Sessions Take Place

Appointments are available during the daytime on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. Sessions are available online or in person, one day a week at Surrey Holistic in Godalming, whichever feels most comfortable for you.

Cancellations

I understand that unexpected situations can arise. As your session time is reserved especially for you, cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a fee
