About me
Hi, I'm Karina - Hypnotherapist
I’m a qualified hypnotherapist with a focus on anxiety, chronic stress, sleep challenges, and helping people reconnect with themselves. I am also a qualified yoga teacher, which informs my understanding of the relationship between mind, body, and nervous system regulation.
I draw on a range of therapeutic philosophies, including Hypnotherapy, Gestalt, Transactional Analysis (TA), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), working with parts and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). To further my commitment to this work, I am currently undertaking further training in hypno-psychotherapy to deepen my ability to support clients on their journeys.
My approach is gentle, empathetic, and collaborative. I work alongside you, tailoring each session to your unique needs so that you feel safe, heard, and supported. Through our work together, you may begin to feel calmer, more grounded, and better able to manage the challenges you’re facing. I support you to gently develop practical ways to feel more in control of your thoughts and emotions, while helping to quiet a busy mind and ease tension in the body. This can create space for you to respond to life in ways that feel more balanced and resourced.
